Looking for roommate, uptown Hoboken/Weehawken

Hi! My current roommate is moving out and I’m looking for a new roommate from April 1-January 31 (10 month lease- you would be able to extend if you want!). Looking for females in their mid 20s/early 30s. I’m 25 and currently in an accelerated nursing program, definitely looking for someone who’s okay with that since I’m not home or I’m studying a lot. But down for wine nights and going out in hobo/the city when I can! 😊

2BR/2bath apartment on the border of uptown Hoboken/Weehawken. Right next to the Lincoln tunnel and 5-10 min walk from the ferry, nj transit bus stops, trader joes, and whole foods. The building has a pool, gym, study lounge, 24 hr doorman. Apt has beautiful view, balcony, in unit washer/dryer, heat/AC. You would have your own bathroom and 2 closets. $1600/month + $50/month amenity fee + utilities. Garage parking is additional $200/month or you can get a town pass and there’s parking spots right outside the building for free. Security deposit is $2475.
