You'll be sharing the house with two mid-twenties ladies. We're seeking a considerate and peaceful girl who prefers not to bring the party home and cleans up after herself.
The house comes equipped with a convenient in-house washer and dryer, a definite bonus!
Our landlord is fantastic—approachable and accommodating.
The rent is $1247, plus approximately $120 for utilities.
Since I'm moving overseas, I'm offering the option of renting a furnished room, complete with a bed, mirror, side table, couch, and more, for an additional $300. Everything will be yours to keep, and the final price will depend on which items you choose to retain.
