Sublease: Beautiful 1 Bedroom Apartment in NJ

I'm looking for a responsible adult to sublease my apartment for at least 3 months with a possible lease take over. This is a 1 bedroom apartment located on a third floor walkup in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood.

The apartment comes fully furnished and is ideal for someone who is in the area short-term or who does not have a lot of things.

The living room is the largest room in the apartment and boasts a lot of light during the day with beautiful views of the NYC skyline. The kitchen is fairly small but as a home cook, I've done my best to utilize every inch of the space. Attached to the kitchen is a balcony where you can relax, sunbathe and admire NYC skyline. The bathroom is spacious with a window and lots of ventilation. Since I work from home, I transformed the foyer into an office space to keep it apart from other rooms. The bedroom is average in size and fits a queen size bed, dresser and vanity with ample room left.

Rent is $2100/month and includes hot water. Heat, electricity, cooking gas and internet are paid separately. There is also $2100 security deposit that will be returned at the end of the lease, if there are no damages.

Apartment is equipped with Fios internet which costs around $54/month.

Heat, electricity, & cooking gas can range from $40-$100 depending on the season.

There is a laundry room located in the basement equipped with coin-operated machines.

There's no parking on the property but there is a lot of parking in the neighborhood, if you have a car.

The best perk in my opinion, is the proximity to NYC. The NJT bus is at the corner of the block and is about 10-15 minutes from Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Even though I'm subleasing the apartment, rent payments, agreement and final approval will come and be made to current landlord. The owners are a lovely couple who has graciously allowed me to sublet my apartment during my layoff.

I currently have a small cat in my apartment but she will not be here during the sublease. Landlord may be willing to allow small pets on case by case basis.
