I’m renting a room in Weehawken NJ 07086 in a very safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood… it’s a three bedroom apartment. The house counts with a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, living room, balcony, patio, bathroom, parking on the street and downstairs you will have access to a laundry area available from 7am to 10pm. Common areas are fully furnished and the room in rent has a bed (if you need it), an AC unit and blinds. Near by you can find a supermarket, restaurants and a Planet fitness just in a walking distance.

Easy access to NYC midtown via 4 bus lines (they work 24 hours) or ferry.

The rent includes the utilities wich are:

Water
Gas and Electricity with PSE&G
Internet with Verizon

Btw… Hamilton park is just three minutes away with a nice view of the city :)

The price for the room is: $1,000 monthly and $500 for security deposit
