Room with a View

Hello!
I am looking for a roommate, either a mature student or a professional, who needs a comfortable space to live. My only roommate now is a Dachshund. Transportation: Buses stop in front of the building which takes you to Midtown Manhattan in 30-40 min; you can also take the Ferry dropping you in Midtown in 10 min. The area and the building are very safe; there is a 24 hour doorman. Coffee shops and grocery stores walking distance.
I travel to work in Brooklyn everyday; usually get home late and work Saturdays. Roommates have the apartment for themselves the whole day from 10am to 9pm. Looking forward to hearing from you. If interested, please send me a text. Thank you.
