Single, social professional looking to rent my second bedroom. You will have your own private bathroom.
Ideal if you travel and are looking for a home to "hang your hat" as I have out of town guests visit several times a year. That being said I am NOT looking to split expenses 50/50.
Must be pet friendly. I have two extremely friendly, fur ball kitties that rule the roost (Cash & Slash).
Great location if you work in Manhattan. The Ferry shuttle takes you directly to the Weehawken/Port Imperial Ferry terminal.
There is a beautiful swimming pool that overlooks the city and a small but functional gym.
I have an amazing view of the Freedom Tower from my large balcony/patio and a fireplace in the living room.
The community became "smoke free" a few years ago so its not "smoker friendly".
Assigned parking is available for an additional fee.
