I have a room vacant that will be available on April 1st. $1800 per month. 4 months minimum.
The bus to the city is in front of the house, it takes about 15-30 mins max to get to the center of NYC.
Very calm and clean area, with a park in front of the house and an amazing view of the city skyline.
I work in business analytics, cloud engineering, and marketing. I am also into entrepreneurship, fitness/nutrition, sports, philosophy, and reading.

Minimum 4-month stays and will need 3 months' notification before moving out.
There are two toilets, so you would have your own, with a mirror and such. But we will share the bathroom.
There is also a washer and dryer inside the apartment, plus a balcony with a view of NYC.
