are fully furnished with a queen bed, night stands, a dresser and great closet space.
Room 1 is the main bedroom, its the biggest bedroom of the apartment has 3 closet spaces and a newly renovated private bathroom with a bathtub.
Room 2 its a large size, has 2 closet spaces and inmediate access to a shared bathroom across the hall with a shower.

There is an option for parking spot available in the building for a small monthy fee to agree with management. (125 aprox)

This is a big apartment, that shares a spacious living room with a big smart tv, a dinning room with the great manhattan skyline view, a smaller but well equipped kitchen,
We dont have pets, but open to well behaved dogs, joining the crew if you have one.
Current residents are me and my boyfriend, both hardworking and chill people, looking to find good hearted and respectful individuals to join our home. We like to keep a positive attitude, be happy, be mindful of shared spaces, keeping clean and organized for the next one to come in the kitchen is a must. We are open to couples for an increase of 150 in rent to consider increases in bills and expenses that are included in rent considering only one person. Deep cleaning of the whole apartment is considered every 2 weeks by an external party. Its up to all the residents to keep up daily clean up and maintenance of shared spaces. Cleaning supplies like dishwasher soap, dish soap and bleach are also considered in the overall price with rent. The apartment has laundry in the unit, but every resident is responsible for supplies for doing their laundry (laundry detergent, softener, etc), and making sure you dont leave laundry in the machines for over a certain amount of time.
The apartment building has a Gym with a sauna, laundry in the basement and during the summer there is pool season and there are barbecue and picnic area available upon request.
