Lease take-over for 1bdrm in Rivet26 apartment, JC

Hi there,

I'm looking to end my lease of a 1 bedroom at Rivet 26 apartment, Jersey City NJ due to moving out of State for a new job!

Right now, i'm looking to move out at the end of June 2022. I am looking for someone to take over my lease till the end of October 2022 with the possibility of renewal.

The rent for this apartment is; $2000 inclusive of parking.

Right now, this is one of the cheapest 1 bedroom apartments in the Jersey City area. The building in question is completely full, so you can't even rent directly from them.

This apartment is close to the light rail station that takes you around JC & Bayonne. Also, there is a free shuttle to take you to Journal square path station if you choose.
