Building is 6 years old; has a gym, outdoor patio/grill, mail/package room; is a stone's throw from the library and tennis courts as well as paths around Spruce Run reservoir. Downtown Clinton is an easy 10 minute walk!
Looking for a responsible and quiet apartment-mate for my chemical-free, mold-free place. I am a woman in her early 40s, dealing with some mobility issues, so I am home most of the time right now.
Roommate would need good credit history and income (~$65k) to be added to the lease. Management will charge a one-time $75 fee for the application, which includes a criminal and credit check before adding to the lease. Deposit is 1.5 months' rent, but we can discuss if that is an issue.
Utilities ~$100 per person (gas, water/sewer, electric), but vary.
Lease runs May 15, 2024 - Aug 14, 2025; negotiable.
Additional rent for couples: $400 per month
Additional rent for shorter lease: varies/ $200 per month
Additional rent for furnished: TBD
