Home is situated in close proximity to downtown Flemington, route 202, 31 and Pa border. I am looking for a tenant who has a dependable job. They will be responsible in maintaining the room they are renting. All areas must remain neat and clean. This is a month to month rental. All rent must be paid on time. There is a dog on the premises so you would need to like dogs. Tenant must have good references and there is a security deposit required.
