A historic home filled with modern amenities, within walking distance to the center of Milford. Fully furnished and ready for your arrival, all you need to do is settle in and enjoy the vibe.

The house has a lot of great attributes, like a home gym, jacuzzi bathtub, original hardwood floors throughout, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, front end loading high-efficiency washer and dryer, updated eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, off-street parking, a covered and decorated front porch, a backyard fire pit and lounge area, and a fenced in backyard that's just waiting for the right garden-loving person to plant some vegetables (we have a compost ready to go!).

My interior design style is a bit of old meets new, with a big emphasis on clean and company-ready at all times, so neat freaks will feel right at home here. lol.

If you're traveling or looking at commuter times, we are 1.15 hrs to NYC, Philadelphia, and the Poconos. 30min to New Hope, Lambertville, Doylestown, Easton, and High Bridge. 20min to Phillipsburg, Flemington, and Clinton. Buses into NYC pickup at Clinton, Flemington, New Hope, Lambertville, and there's a train from High Bridge or Raritan.

Happy to speak to all applicants, but professional, mild-mannered, neat freak, non-pet owners are encouraged to apply. Pied-a-tier, part-time and seasonal renters are also encouraged to inquire.

Rent includes all utilities, wifi, security system, housekeeper, landscaper, cleaning supplies, and some paper goods.
