Parking on street, quiet neighborhood, area can be trusted to walk or exercise around neighborhood. Cross street is route 1 (North & South) bus route is available Burger King/McDonald/Pizza/Coffee Shop and fine dining are within walking distanced. 2 mile walk to Capitol Plaza Mall and Lawrence Mall for other purchases.

I have one full size bed in the furnished room. You are responsible for your sheets, pillows and towels. The Rooms have their own doors with locks for your privacy (I will hold one key).

Responsible for keep area clean and by placing food in plastic containers. You will be responsible for maintaining your room clean and when you use the kitchen.

Owner lives on first floor level. Owner very easy going and flexible. Kitchen is available for your use.
