Seeking female roommate for princeton apartment

Seeking female roommate to share a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. You will have your own unfurnished bedroom and bathroom. Living room/kitchen area is mostly furnished. Apartment also includes a balcony, in-unit washer and dryer, brand new dishwasher, and voice-enabled security system.

I?m a 29-year-old female (working in marketing, from home) and have lived in this beautiful apartment in Canal Pointe for 3 years now. I?m looking for a friendly and easygoing female roommate to sign a new lease Sept. 1, as my current roommate is leaving to move back to her hometown at the end of the month.

This apartment is in a great location - walking distance to Marketfair and a 5 minute drive to Whole Foods, Marshalls, Trader Joe?s, and downtown Princeton.

Landlord will require the following:
-W2s and proof of income ($45,000/yr minimum salary)
-credit check
-bank statement
