Single male looking to rent a room. I have 2 cats so this may not be for you. However, they are very friendly.

The room is a medium sized room with built in bookcase, ceiling fan, reasonably sized closet, wall to wall carpet, a large window, and a private bath down the hall.

There is ample parking and a large park within walking distance.

Also, they’re is shopping and restaurants nearby.
