Two rooms near Rutgers for month to month

My partner and I are looking for some people to rent two bedrooms in our home in Highland Park, 10 minutes from College Ave Campus in New Brunswick! The smaller room (14 x 14 roughly) has two closets, whereas the larger room (18 x 14 roughly) has a single closet. Rooms do not include utilities. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor, and the two rooms would have their bathroom separate from our bathroom. Kitchen and laundry would be a shared space. We can furnish bed and mattress if necessary.

We are looking for someone with no pets and who doesn't smoke. We are very easy going people, and looking for someone who can also be respectfully easy going!
