Beautiful Bedroom Awesome Location

I am a 28-year-old female professional looking to rent out the second bedroom in my two-bedroom apartment. Room is 9'x9'. My lease lasts until June 30, 2019. Fantastic location directly between the train station and the Lowell connector. Ample parking. Huge, brand-new windows in the living room (in the photos they haven't been installed yet but now they have been.) Rent is $585/month with an additional one-time security deposit which can be paid upfront or spread out over the first three months. Electricity and wifi not included. Female applicants only. Landlord will allow only one person, no couples. Landlord also does not allow any pets except well-maintained aquatics (which require special permission and are allowed on a case-by-case basis). Must have a stable source of income and be able to pass a credit check and criminal background check. I'm looking for a quiet roommate, no wild parties. Overnight guests allowed up to twice a week. Roommate must be reasonably clean in the common spaces. Room is available immediately. When I moved in with my previous roommates, one of them had been living at home and had lots of her parents' old furniture that she wanted to use. Naturally, when she moved out, she wanted to take it with her. So the photos you see of the living room look bare because it is an apartment in transition.
