This is a listing for a TEMPORARY rental/tenant. I have 2 rooms available in my home for rent to 1 person. Rental is located on second floor in back of house, very private area. One room is the bedroom/living room and the other is a private kitchen for renter. You would be sharing the bath. The room has a full bed, tv and some furniture but you are welcome to bring your own. The kitchen has a table and 2 chairs. Non smoker please. I have a cat in the home. Cat would be ok if you have one. I am located a few blocks from the train into NYC (45 min commute), buses too. Downtown area just around the corner from the train station. Also conveniently located with easy access to all major highways, stores and restaurants. Very nice safe town. No partiers, I am looking for a professional, working person or student. Parking spot included in the driveway. Text please. It will become available for long term rental with a private bath so tenant can stay on if you like the place, just know that the rent will be increased when unit becomes available with the private bath.
