Hi! I'm Jeff, a young working professional. I'm looking for a new tenant with my current roommate immediately, as I will be shortly moving to NYC.
The apartment has the option to renew a year lease on July 1. The apartment is owned by Boraie Realty--I am not the landlord. My roommate has been living in the apartment for 2 1/2 years. I've been living in the apartment for 6 months, and it has been wonderful.

The apartment has a full kitchen, very well-lit living area with skylights, 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning/heat units in each room, in-unit washer dryer. The available bedroom (my room) has one window, and the bathroom has a shower (no tub), sink, toilet. The living area is furnished with my roommate's own furniture, nothing else is needed. It's not part of a giant high-rise... it's coupled with just one other unit above some businesses on George Street. Truly a hidden gem. 3 minute walk to NJTransit station, bus to NYC or Rutgers busses.

My roommate is an employee at a local hospital. He's very laid back, quiet, friendly, he can work crazy hours. He never throws parties, sometimes has 1 or 2 people over to hang out. Likes a clean kitchen and living area, but not immaculate. You should be courteous, respectful, clean. If you are a TV addict my roommate asks that you bring your own TV for your room, otherwise he's happy to share his. Sleep is also very important to him, so he asks that parties aren't thrown at the house regularly.

If you have a car there is an option of purchasing a low cost permit for a parking garage a block away.
