-The lease is until August,2019 or with option to end by May,2019 (no penalty).
-Then the lease is renewable yearly if you choose to stay more.

To Move in:
$300. Security deposit
$50. Application fee

March rent will be prorated based on your move in date.

* All checks will be issued to the building management office.

*Utilities are all included to the monthly rent.
(water bill is extra but only costs around $10)
