$500/month rent for the room and shared kitchen/bathroom/living room and then $50-$80/month for internet and electricity. Washer and dryer in the apartment. One block off Easton avenue, right behind all the restaurants and bars, five minute walk to college avenue or the New Brunswick train station, lease is through June. The house has a front porch and a useable back yard plus a driveway that can hold four or five cars. Roommates are smokers but cigarettes are only smoked outside.
