2 Bedroom apt, Immediate lease transfer available

I have an existing lease that I am looking to transfer. Lease term is into 9/24/2023. Section 8 cannot be used for partial leases or lease takeovers, verified with the office.

Move in requirements: security deposit is 2115, the equivalent of a month of rent. February rent is currently paid for and if you are moving in this month, the difference of the rent payment can be discussed that would be owed to me when the security deposit.

Office charges the following fees that are paid directly to them for being considered to take over:

$35 application fee
$130 add on fee to the lease when approved.

These get paid to the office, not to me.

If you choose not renew this lease, security deposit will be disbursed from the office directly. Please note, if you renew the lease, you won’t receive the security deposit until after the end of the new lease deadline.

Parking is available on the property for 100 a month, utilities range about 50-120 a month depending on usage.

There is laundry on each floor, including this one, and a gym downstairs on the other side of the building.
