Remote Professional seeks roommate

I’m a remote professional and I work from home 5 days a week. I also go to the gym twice a day and looking for a roommate. I have 2 rooms available, one large, one small.
I also have a very sweet and loving 1 year old puppy.

The inside of the house is all brand new and all appliances are brand new. I bought this house in October of 2019 and just looking for a clean, respectful and social but reasonable roommate. If you’re a musician, you’ll have access to a grand piano and if you’re a cook that would be a plus since I’m a horrible cook but you can cook for yourself and no need to cook for me. You must love dogs and must be respectful of quiet hours after 11pm.
