Room For Rent

I'm renting out a room in my apartment, minutes away from the Asbury Park beach. The room has two large windows, one that gets morning sun from the east, and the other from the south in late morning to early afternoon. There is a large closet that expands along one wall of the room.

I have 1.5 bathrooms in the apartment, both are open for use. While the shower has to be shared, its always immaculate as I have a high standard for sanitation. The rest of the apartment is free to enjoy as well. I have patios on both sides of the apartment. Washer and dryer are coin operated in the basement. The basement is off the kitchen under the back porch patio, so you are not exposed when going down. The room with the turquoise window panels is the room for rent.

Cost includes ALL utilities as well as WiFi. The PC is available for use as well, along with full use of anything in the kitchen. No pets or children please.

Location puts you walking distance to the Asbury boardwalk, while the street runs out to Highway 35 in less than a minute, and the parkway as well as Route 18 within a few minutes. 15 minutes from Monmouth University makes it great for commuting to campus. I'm open to month to month or something more long term.
