High speed internet, shared bathroom with 1 other, shared kitchen, living room. Laundry in basement. 1 small dog, so built in pet lol. We both work full-time, keep to ourselves, rarely have guests and no late nights. Not party people, so looking for same. House is 3 bedroom ranch on a quiet horse farm. Close to NJ Transit, Academy and Seastreak ferry.
