Nice Share House with Large Bedroom

My name is Paul and I'm offering for rent the 2nd largest room in a very nice, clean, well appointed, quiet, 4 bedroom house.

Location is in Monmouth County, Eatontown, NJ.? About 2 minutes from the Garden State Parkway and only 7 mins from the shore to Long Branch beach, in between both Red Bank (8 mins) and Asbury Park (10 mins).? Sea Bright, Highlands, Atlantic Highlands are also only about a 20 min drive and Monmouth University is about 5 mins away.? Great location for commuting and being close to the beach.

The house has a lot to offer: ?private fenced backyard and patio with nice furniture, barn lights, grill, firepit and more.? Inside the house there is a lot of space to hang separately (2 living rooms downstairs and a dedicated office/reading/TV room upstairs).? It's a very comfortable setup!

About me: ?I'm an easy going, but busy 35 y/o working professional, based in NYC, but travelling for several months at a time for personal and work related travel.? For the majority of the time, it will be just you and 1 other roommate to share the spacious 4 bedroom setup (1st and 2nd floor of the house).

About the current roommate: ?Female 25 y/o working professional in accounting that is super easy going, very respectful, clean, and quiet.? It will be hard not to get along with her, she's a great roommate!

Looking for a responsible, clean, easy going roommate.? Please tell me a bit about yourself if you choose to reply, preferably with a picture, employment status, length of lease, etc.

Let me know if interested asap as there is a lot of interest (here and other apps) and I would prefer to find a great roommate that meshes well in a co-share environment.

Due to Covid-19, my preference is to meet for a quick video call prior to an in person showing.

Other details:

Lease = 3 month minimum, 6 months preferred
Rent = $975/month

Utilities = shared, ~$150/month (includes monthly house cleaning)

Security Deposit = one month rent of $975
