I am a single parent raising my 15yo Daughter. This is the reason for wanting Female Tenants preferred
This is a Lg Single family home. The rental includes the use of the Living room, Lg Kitchen, Deck and Lg Back Yard with in ground pool and all year round Hot Tub. There is a Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer.
The Bath Room is shared by the 2 Female tenants. My Daughter and I have a separate Bathroom in my room.
The rental includes utilities except Cable TV. I can add another hook up to my account for $10.00 additional per month which is just the cost for the additional box. or you can get your own account.
WiFi is included in the rent also.
My Daughter has 2 cats which are very loving. They are House Pets and do not go outside.
