A professional female roommate preferably in her 20s/30s to rent out my spare bedroom in Long Branch.
Please be semi organized or can pick up after yourself. I am not ocd but I like to always have a presentable house.
I don' t mind guests but not frequently. Smokers are ok, just do not smoke in the house.

ABOUT ME
29 year old female teacher, outgoing (mainly on weekends), during the week I' m pretty quiet relaxing or getting ready for the following work day. I keep myself busy and mainly to myself. If I' m home I either do arts and crafts, play video games or binge watch Netflix.

I do have a best friend who comes over once a week for dinner dates and have a larger group of friends who come over for game night once every other month on a weekend. Other than that, the place is pretty quiet and relaxing for another young professional.
