The house is located within a a half mile to Matawan-Aberdeen Train station for a commuter friendly option. Plenty of parking space and very large backyard space.

Additional maintenance price of $200 per month includes, management, maintenance and utilities fee, this covers all full time management staff, maintenance staff, and household utilities including high speed internet.

Rooms can come furnished or unfurnished. Furniture included is Full/ or Queen size bed, end table and dressers per room.
