Offering a private bedroom in my home in Sea Girt, at the Jersey Shore, to a Professional gal, who is fully employed, working outside the home. If you are considerate, easy going, clean, neat and would enjoy private moments in a lovely environment, my home would work well for you. You would enjoy a fair, and consistent, monthly living expense, with all Utilities, W/D, private TV & Wifi, included. I pride my home as being Peaceful,.. a “no drama zone” with plenty of room to enjoy private moments, outside of your own room.
Also included, is the use of the all common areas, (pictured); Kitchen, GR, Sun Room and summer relaxing or meditating in the Yard, with Bars and Bar B Que area for your enjoyment
A car is not essential because my home is walking distance to stores, restaurants, churches, a library, and a bus stop; Short Train ride to Asbury, Park, Bayhead, or Manhattan (etc.) from Manasquan or beautiful Spring Lake. Add in, a short bike ride to the beach, and a nice walk to the unique shops of charming Manasquan.
The bathroom is shared with a respectful, lovely, clean neat gal who works in the medical field. I would arrange for you both to meet before taking occupancy. As for me, I travel often, former Flt. Attendant, who always busy, in and out of the home
There are no overnight male guests allowed. Yearly, $ 1150 (Monthly 1.5 Rent as Security.) Short Term Available, Rental amount would be Adjusted
