The apartment: 2 bedroom apartment in a quaint and nice small town

One bedroom is available.
There is no laundry in unit, but there is a laundromat three doors down from the building. A/C unit in the living room, not in bedroom.
Parking is through the town. Parking lot is across the street from the building.
No pets allowed.
Price includes rent and all utilities. ($700 per month)
Internet is $60 a month for Optimum.
Small backyard and deck behind the building.

The location:
Located in a small town, with plenty of delicious restaurants to choose from. Town is filled with antique shops and art studios as well. There is a train station, and also bus lines that take you directly to NYC. It is a great town to explore!

I am looking for a respectful, social, kind roommate who is responsible about rent and bills (we split everything 50/50). Perfect for a young professional or graduate student.

When:
Apartment will be available as soon as possible. May 2020.

Bedroom has a small desk, a twin size bed with a great condition bed frame and head board, closet, and one dresser.
