The room is 12 x 12 with 2 bright windows, new light gray carpet and freshly painted walls. The large closet can be converted into a desk area by a drop down shelf. Room has a dresser, full size bed, chair, lamps and window blinds/drapes. All clean, nice and modern. You will provide your own bedding.

We share the shower otherwise the bathroom is pretty much yours. I clean the bathroom at least once a week. Share kitchen and living room. House has a huge yard, off street parking and close to major highways and shopping. Wifi and utilities are included. House is in well kept condition, modern and clean.

NO laundry. no pets, No smoking/vaping or drugs. There is shopping and laundromat within a mile. Home is Convenient to Routes 206, 80, 24, 10, 46. Safe area.

The house is owned by me and I am the only person living here.

Looking for a clean, no body odor person. Someone is financially responsible and respectful. Month-to-month is fine.
