Ita a very quiet area

I am respectful, considerate, clean and nice. I respect other’s space and I am quiet and a little bit shy in the beginning, but then, easy going.
I work from Monday to Friday and I am off on weekends. Sometimes I go for a walk or I just relax at home. I have two cats, alfy and jecksey

I am looking for a respectful person, nice and full of vitality. Someone I can trust and also honest and clean. It will be a plus if we become friends, but if not, just that we try to make things easier for the other one. I am not into partying, alcohol, drugs or smoking inside.

Its a very quiet area and very clean, and heat, hot water, electric and cable is all Included with the rent.

The only reason I am asking for a female is because they are cleaner and more respectful, but if it is a guy with these same qualities, I will also consider it.
