It's a very nice and quiet place to live
Their is also very nice people and nice neighbors that live here
The only reason why I'm asking for a female cos every guy I let in my apartment they steal from me and they walk all over me so I end up throwing then out
With females I get along better with them
I had plenty of female roommate in the past and I never had a problem with them
I'm looking for someone temporarily cos o have a female roommate now but she is is moving out soon and I have another female roommate moving in in the spring time so I'm just trying to find someone to fill in the gap
The room will be available Feb 1st
I just got informed that my roommate is moving out
