Hello! I am looking for a female professional to take over my spot in our house. We have a four bedroom, two full bathrooms house, where we use the fourth room as a guest room. The location is excellent, a ten minute drive to downtown Morristown and a 10 minute walk to the Morris Plains Train Station. My room is large, overlooking the backyard, and has great lighting. We have a 6 car parking lot behind our home, so plenty of parking for everyone. We even have the option for covered parking in the Winter!

Rent: $834
Utilities: $90-$100 (JCPL/PSEG: Varies but usually maxes at $50 each month, TV/Internet: $41)

About your future roommates:
- Both are females in their early twenties.
- They are professional, polite, and easy going.
- We are looking for someone who will be a good fit! I loved living with them this past year, and would have continued living in this house a second year; however, I'm going back to school!
