Seeking housemates in Randolph

I am considering making the unused living room available for a third housemate. I am hoping to find someone I click with personally and share some interests. If you have diverse interests in movies, TV and music, and like outdoor activities, that is a good start. If you work in a creative, scientific, or tech field, we will have a lot in common.

I am just a couple miles from the Dover Train Station, with a straight shot to NY Penn or Hoboken and all points in between.

While I specified that I don't have a preference regarding smokers, I don't allow it indoors.

Growing up in a close-knit neighborhood, and as a fraternity boy, I like having people around; so friends are always welcome so long as they are decent and trustworthy. I like hosting gatherings.

Your monthly contribution covers all utilities including cable (Optimum Silver package) and internet. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are available on the public area TV's. Newspaper subscriptions include the Morris Daily Record all week, and Sunday subscriptions to The Star Ledger and The New York Times.

The house has central A/C and electric baseboard heating, the latter with a thermostat in each room. Also included is lawn and landscaping service.

I have a good-sized yard with an above-ground pool and a garden. I also have a finished basement which serves as an entertainment and gathering place, including black-light ping-pong, and my home studio. I call it the "Purple Haze".

You may use existing furniture or bring your own. There is a decent amount of available attic storage for furniture and other items.
