Large bedroom w/ private bathroom & livingroom

Hi , my name is Emily, I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom house with. I am renting a large (furnished or not) bedroom with a private bath and shower in Whippany NJ (Morris County). The rent would include ALL utilities and internet as well as parking, storage and use of washer and dryer. You would also have your own living room in the finished basement to use for extra privacy (also furnished or not). The only common areas that we would need to share would be the kitchen, laundry room and yard.

I am looking for someone that is clean, respectful, courteous and most importantly dog friendly. I would never ask you to share in any of the responsibilities of my dog, I would just ask that you love dogs and would show her some attention. She is an extremely friendly 5 year old Boxer (short hair).

I work pretty much normal hours, I go to bed around 10pm and wake up around 5:30. I don't party during the week , but do occasionally enjoy a few drinks and would like you to have a similar schedule, but its ok if your work schedule is different. I am open to becoming friends with my roommate and/or being respectful of your space.

We are close to both the Morristown and Morris Plains Train station and we also have a bus that runs down our street that goes from Willowbrook Mall to Morristown , NJ Transit 874.

This rental would require a background check, credit check and a reference(s).

Rent $1,200- including ALL utilities and internet
Lease - 1 year ( negotiable)
