Looking For A Tenant On Month To Month Basis

It?s a large five bedroom bilevel however the entire downstairs has been ripped out and is currently being renovated. The only reason you would need to go down there is to go out the back door or the laundry room. Laundry is available ONLY once it?s discussed what days you want to do it to avoid schedule issues and you need to supply the detergent, etc. if laundry becomes an issue then the privilege would be taken away. I hate to say that but i have had major major issues with people and the laundry and my w/d is only a year old.

My son who is nine and i live here with our lab and two cats. All friendly and quiet for most part. I would only do a month to month bc i am hoping to move to Florida by end of year myself. Plenty of parking. Great neighborhood. No smoking on the property. If you smoke in yard please clean it up. Very easy going household. I work M-F locally.

$200 non refundable deposit. This includes cleaning upon end of lease so you can just move out, all utilities plus lawn service and pool care all included except cable/internet. We can discuss internet if it?s a necessity for you but i would need to increase my plan so you would have to chip in. $450 a month due upon move in and every 30 days til one of us ends lease. If late just talk w me but otherwise after 3 days there is a $50 late fee.

It?s currently furnished but i can remove the items if you prefer. :)
