Room for rent in desirable location

I have a room for rent in Brick NJ. It is in a desirable location, we are only 10 minutes away from the beach! We are a very laid back household in a safe and quiet neighborhood. If you have to commute for work we are only minutes away from the garden State Parkway and route 70. We are also about 15 min from the point pleasant train station.

Private room, shared common area (living room, kitchen and bathroom) no laundry on site but there is a laundromat across the street. No pets, no smoking inside. Must have proof of income (i understand things are messy right now with the pandemic) and must pass a background check. No couples.
