My current room mate is moving so I'm hoping to find someone. Rent is $725 a month as of right now, it includes water, sewer and garbage. All other utilities would be split with me. You would have to show proof of income with the apt complex and pass a background check. You would have your own bathroom and also the hall way closet for extra storage. The apt has a washer and dryer inside.
I'm very laid back. I work full time and am a part time student. I also have a cat, he's friendly. Im usually asleep by 10-1030 and try to keep things faIrly clean, but with being so busy things aren't spotless. We could do a 6 month lease to see how things go and take it from there.
