Hello! My roommate is moving back home to South Jersey so I'm looking for a female, recent(ish) college graduate to share this awesome apartment in Clifton, NJ with. I just recently graduated from Montclair State University with a BA in TV Production and I'm super excited to start my career at NBC. I'd love to learn more about you!
Must be:
- Female
- Age range: 21-24ish
- Reasonably clean and tidy and keeps normal hours during the week
- Must be able to give references: I am willing to give references as well. I'm sure you want to know you're going to be living with someone normal too!
- Language: English
- Non-smoker - must be available to move in June 1st, 2020 (if needed sooner, we can discuss)
About the Apartment:
A gut-renovated 2 bedroom unit in the quaint town of CLIFTON, NJ! I hope you like to cook because this kitchen is for the books! A large bathroom and living area make this the perfect apartment. Second floor. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed :( but this place is super close to Shopping, Bus Transportation, Schools and House of Worship.
Really friendly neighbors too which is a plus. Honestly, this apartment is such a steal, I love living here!
