Looking for a decent roommate!

Looking for a roommate to share unique situation apartment in North Jersey with just myself (female). This apartment is a must-see. A lot of sunlight and space. Sharing bathroom and kitchen. Ample parking. Storage. Laundry down the street. The room is semi-private and large 14'x12' but must be seen in person.

The right candidate would be clean, quiet, mature, respectful and have proof of steady employment, like myself. This is a very nice area of Passaic County - very close to William Paterson University so students are welcome so long as they fit the above criteria. No smokers/drugs or pets allowed and the electrical bill/cable would be split. Asking for 6 month lease w/1 month security.

I work 6-7 days a week with fluctuating shifts, sometimes day, sometimes night. But when home I'm quite content keeping to myself. I occupy my time by reading or computer related things and also in small creative projects.
