We are a young working couple seeking for a decent, clean and respectful student/professional person to rent an ample room in our house. Room is completely furnished with bed, dresser, and a large TV, cable/wifi and utilities included. We are located in a very quiet decent area in Paterson, NJ. Close to major public transportation and highways, just minutes away from New York City, colleges, universities and hospitals.
There is no parking onsite, but there is PLENTY of street parking in our neighborhood.
