Young Couple Looking for Roommate(s)/Home

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE A HOME - WE ARE LOOKING FOR ONE and plan to move in after January. We have 1 cat. Would prefer a house (rather than an apartment/condo) only because boyfriend is a drummer and would like to be able to practice his drums in the home (you decide the curfew on that). We are ALSO looking for roommate(s) to live with us (we have several living spaces in mind) and share the expenses: Estimated $750/mo rent including utilities, and even less if you're two people or a group!
