Includes 2 bedrooms and private bath

Couple looking for roommate to occupy the third floor of our large house in a quiet residential neighborhood. Couples will be considered but there is an increased rent and security required. Whole third floor would be included, featuring two smaller bedrooms (one can be used as an office or living room) and a private full bath. Use of kitchen/laundry appliances included, as well as all utilities. Prefer a quiet, tidy, respectful roommate. We always start with a 6 month or less lease to make sure everyone is happy with the arrangement and compatible, but open to longer term leases after the initial 6 months.
