I’m looking for a young professional female roommate between the ages of 23-35 to join me and my friendly golden retriever in a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome in Franklin Park, NJ. The estimated move-in date will be ASAP. The first month you join, the rent will be “Pro-Rata” for the month.

The location is a townhome so you would get a private bathroom, and a storage closet in the hallway. There is a washer and dryer room. The whole downstairs is the common area which includes the kitchen, half bath, coat closet, stairway closet, dining room, living room, and the patio. The whole downstairs will be fully furnished.

You will be sharing the house with me and my golden retriever. We love to explore nature and then come home to watch movies together. I’m hoping to explore different hobbies around the area.

I’m looking for a responsible and clean roommate. I don’t want to clean up after you! And if you love dogs that’s even better.
