Looking for a female roommate to take over the lease for 1 bed 1 bath in a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse. Located approx 2 miles from downtown New Brunswick. Roommate must love dogs! I currently have a 90 lb German Shepard mix. Very friendly with people but must be the only pet in the house. Ideal roommate would be very clean, friendly and quiet during the day since I do work from home. The room for rent is a great size. Easily can fit a queen bed, large dresser and desk. Bathroom is located right outside of the bedroom. Ample closet space in the bedroom and also downstairs. Washed/dryer in unit.
