CURRENT ROOMMATES:

Me - 30 Years Old, Full-Time Law School Student/ and work part-time at a Law Firm. Accordingly I'm pretty busy, so I'm out of the house most days. But when at home, I do like to hang out in the common areas, so a roommate who likes doing the same would be great! Outside of work, I'm a big sports and movies guy (as my basement clearly shows) and I dabble in cooking.

I own and live at this property. Lease would be signed with me. I am looking for a relaxed, but also responsible roommate. One who will respect other's time and property. At minimum, I do ask that everyone cleans up after themselves when using the Common Areas.

Pets are allowed, but it is somewhat dependent on a case by case basis. No Smoking allowed at this unit. The bedroom itself is unfurnished, however the rest of the home is fully furnished.

I will request to see either most recent paystub to confirm active employment or conduct a credit check. A reference from a prior living situation may be requested as well.

First payment is 1st Month + Security Deposit. No additional fees.

I prefer to meet over Zoom first. We can schedule an in-person visit to the house from there.
