Single room for rent in downtown Somerville 2.5 BR apartment. Room is approximately 260 square feet. Background check is required for all potential tenants. First month's rent will be $800, then an increase to $1,100 for the remainder of the stay. 1.5 month security deposit and first month's rent due upon move-in. Utilities not included in rent and will be split evenly between tenants.
