Cozy Room in Quite Upper Class Neighborhood

You must be able to sign the lease with me (as this is a SHARED APARTMENT), so you must fill out a $100 non refundable application. To pass the application you must be able to pass a credit AND background check. Your Security deposit will be is $1,616.25.

You will renting the smaller bedroom in the 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. A king bed does fit in this room. It also has a walk-in closets. The apartment itself has a lot of space. The room will be empty when you move in.

I am seeking a clean roommate that can pay their rent on time. That's all I ask. Laundry is coin-op and in the next building over. It's $1.25 to wash and $1 to dry.

Utilities included are water, sewage, trash, & snow removal. You and the roommate will split electric, gas, and internet (it's typically around $95 a month per person). We will share the cost for shared items like toilet paper and paper towels.
